One key feature of the Quant Foundry is our Quality Assurance framework that is designed to ensure all work we do is delivered on-time and to a consistently high level. We are a leading specialist provider of high-end quantitative capability, but our reputation depends on us to put this talent to effective use that is impactful for our clients. All our engagements have a Delivery Partner that is outside of the daily operations but is there to ensure scope is defined, that the methodology is sound and is available to problem solve during the development. In addition, each engagement has a QA partner who operates independently and ensures that all output is of a consistent quality. Both partners are not expected to spend more than 5% of their time on each engagement.
Check-In – Pre-engagement work to define statement of purpose, scope, client expectations and plan. Articulation of minimum set of data and artefacts to start the work, roles and dependencies
Deliver – Provide summary of solution approach, methodology choice, solution design and scope of input parameters. Expected solution output and testing strategy. Scope change management
Check-Out – Overall assessment, delivery against scope, evidence of exceeding client expectations, exit point. Team off-boarding, handover, training and performance review
